Talent Acquisition sources, screens, interviews, checks background and makes offers of employment to attract diverse and talented people to join the organization, with high potential now and for the future.
Compensation, Benefits and HR Systems
Compensation and Benefits provides a competitive total rewards package that is market driven, offers choice and recognizes performance. Wellness is emphasized through activities and education which support themes each year such as “know your numbers,” “mission nutrition” and “get moving.” HR Systems ensures efficient tracking, reporting and retention of employee information.
Training and Development
The Training and Development department provides courses and workshops in the areas of leadership and professional development to support employees in the achievement of company goals and improve performance at NCCI.
Human Resources Directors work with specific divisions in the company to foster company culture, handle employee and management concerns and provide coaching. They also oversee programs such as employee recognition, employee activities, unemployment and policies and procedures.
