NCCI’s Customer Operations team provides support and analysis that helps to educate customers and assess their specific needs. This division is an excellent jumping off point for entry-level professionals with an interest in our business as well as seasoned professionals.
Manages relationships with affiliate customers by providing product and service recommendations including training and information on our online services and tools.
Processes an average of 110,000 workers compensation insurance applications each year to determine eligibility, while also managing requests from producers, employers, carriers, and regulators.
Handles more than 500,000 inbound calls, 200,000 outbound calls, and 75,000 pieces of correspondence every year in support of more than 900 insurance companies, agents, brokers, and reinsurers.
Produces worksheets that help more than 680,000 companies obtain fairly priced workers compensation insurance policies. Also responds to escalated customer service issues.
Works to achieve revenue goals by creating industry-specific tools and services that allow our customers to manage their businesses more effectively.
