Community

NCCI believes that companies have a duty to support communities where employees and their families can enjoy a positive quality of life—safe, healthy, and vibrant places that people can be proud to call “home.”

NCCI Makes It Easy to Give
Giving back to the communities where we live and work is one of our highest held corporate values. We want you to experience NCCI as a good corporate citizen. To accomplish this, we have a matching gift program for qualified charities, we allow our employees to use 12 hours per quarter for volunteer activities, and we encourage your involvement with charities and community events.

Employees from every level and department regularly volunteer time and money to more than 90 local foundations and national charitable organizations including:

  • American Cancer Society
  • American Heart Association®
  • Habitat for Humanity®
  • Junior Achievement
  • Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation
  • Kids Chance
  • Leukemia & Lymphoma Society
  • March of Dimes®
