NCCI’s award-winning Corporate Communications division helps shape the company’s messages to its internal and external stakeholders. It strives to enhance NCCI’s image as the nucleus of workers compensation information, communicating in a way that brings the company’s vision, mission, and values to life.
Corporate Communications supports every division within NCCI to maintain the consistency of our messages, our branding, and our interaction with all stakeholders. Corporate Communications’ responsibilities encompass a variety of areas, including:
Translates complex, technical information into promotional and educational materials that are easy to understand and that attract the interest of NCCI’s target audiences.
Keeps employees informed, focused, and engaged, while providing a healthy environment for feedback.
Manages design and content for our Intranet and the public portion of ncci.com, and keeps pace with technology and Internet industry standards.
Enhances the company’s image by providing graphic support for projects at all levels of the organization in keeping with our corporate identity guidelines.
Provides a corporate-wide, results-oriented resource that focuses on direct customer, employee and stakeholder feedback to benefit NCCI.
Media, Public, and Community Relations
Strategically manages the company’s reputation with our various business-and community-related audiences.
