The NCCI Administrative Services team keeps things running smoothly by handling day-to-day needs and special situations alike. Various departments contribute:
Coordinates events such as internal and external meetings, workshops and events, affiliate meetings, the Annual Issues Symposium, promotional giveaways, and trade shows.
Operates and maintains a safe, healthy environment in our buildings, including our award-winning headquarters in Boca Raton, FL. This facility has been recognized by the national Building Owners & Managers Association (BOMA) as “Today’s Office Building of the Year.”
Provides end-to-end publishing services, including editing, desktop publishing, and outside printing of all collateral and promotional materials.
Receives all incoming mail and freight, makes deliveries, meters and ensures the integrity of outgoing mail, prepares Federal Express shipments, and supports office equipment and supply needs.
Records and Information Management
Maintains and updates all records and information stored by NCCI, while also administering and communicating the company’s record retention policy.
